By using or accessing this site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, then please do not use this site. Our aim
Our aim is to offer you great products at prices that are cheaper than the standard RRP (Recommended Retail Price) also known as the MRRP (Manufacturers Recommended Retail Price) of that item, this does not include a competitors sale price/s of any sort whatsoever. This is best described as the street price of a particular item. Customers should note that the MRRP/ RRP is the applicable indicative price at the time of listing, and may not reflect current market conditions. Customers are encouraged to compare prices via comparative price shopping engines online and through various other means in order to find the best deal.
Governing Law
We control this website from our web site within Australia. Our terms herein are governed by the laws of the State of Queensland. You and CheaperThanRetail.com.au agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland. If you choose to access this site from another location, you are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.
Warranty
Manufacturers warranty is provided on all new items, check the item description and or the manufatures web site for the period of the manufaturers warranty. Your must contact us by email before sending any item back to us under warranty to obtain an RMA number and return instructions. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable unless the item you received is different to the one listed; in this event your cost for returning the item (regular mail only) will be refunded.
Payment
All orders require prepayment before they will be dispatched. When paying by Credit Card your card / account is charged when making your order. Direct Deposit payments can take up to 3 days to register in our bank account. Please ensure you make payment for your order within 7 days otherwise your order will be canceled; if you require additional time to pay we are happy to accommodate this, however we ask that you please contact us first. Stock is always allocated to those customers who have paid for an item first.
Stock and availability
Please ensure you contact us via email prior to placing your order, as your credit card will be charged upon checkout. Stock levels of all products are updated regularly but are not in real time. Errors and omission in stock level are expected. While CheaperThanRetail.com.au takes all care to ensure the accuracy of stock levels, pricing and availability these are subject to change without notice.
Credit Cards
CheaperThanRetail.com.au supports Secured Sockets Layer (SSL) to the level of 256 bit for your security. Once payment has been made by credit card details of your card are immediately deleted from the Internet Server. CheaperThanRetail.com.au utilises extensive credit card fraud detection systems, including intruder detection software. Every instance of credit card fraud will be reported to the relevant authorities whether the card transaction is successful or not.
Delivery
Deliver occurs during normal business hours. No weekend or after hours delivery is available. Shipping takes 3 - 10 business days within Australia (if sent standard post depending on your location). Delivery time are estimates only and are not always accurate. We estimate shipping times and arrival dates based on information from our suppliers and shipping contractors. We will not be liable for inaccurate delivery times or stock availability. Please ensure the telephone number you provide is valid as this will assist the Courier if delivery problems occur.
Return Policy
We will replace any defective product purchased from us with 14 days of the purchase date. Defective products returned outside this period will carry the normal manufacturers warranty. Non defective products can be returned within 7 days if you are not completely satisfied for a refund less postage and a 15% restocking fee. Before returning any product you must contact us to obtain an RMA which will be used to manage and track the return, exchange, credit of your purchase. Returned products without an RMA cannot be accepted. All shipping charges are non-refundable on any purchase from CheaperThanRetail.com.au. You are responsible for shipping all products back to our location for returns, credit or exchange. We reserve the right not to accept the return of an item if it has been damaged, mishandled, modified or interfered by unauthorised personnel in any way whatsoever.
Limitation of Liability
We will not be liable for any damage or loss whatsoever which result/s from the use or access of this website or any content therein. We will not be directly or indirectly liable for any loss, damage and or theft of your item once we have shipped the item.
We will not be liable for any loss of income, loss of profits, loss of contracts, loss of data or for any indirect or consequential loss or damage of any kind howsoever arising and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise.
Our maximum aggregate liability for any Product supplied to you whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise shall in no circumstances exceed the amount payable by you to us in respect of the Product(s) in question.
Duty Free
GST is included on all items sold on this website. The total GST paid will be included on your tax invoice. You can claim the duty and GST component of any purchase made from us within 30 days of the purchase date when you leave Australia. We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. All trade marks on this website, registered or otherwise, are trade marks of their respective owners. Whilst all care is taken in listing/ describing the item/s any error/s or omission/s is unintentional (E&OA). All pictures contained within this listing are for illustration purposes only (unless otherwise stated).
CheaperThanRetail.com.au keeps a record of the IP addresses from which customers access our site address for security purposes. An example of this would be when proceeding to a checkout to finalise an order you may wish to make. After completing the form provided, your IP address will be stored along with a transaction number that allows us to track your order.
