Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What types of payment do you accept?

A: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Money Order, and Bank Deposit.  For further details please contact us via email and we will provide the required information.  We are able to accept PayPal upon request, please be aware that a  2.4% fee will be added to the total of your order, due to our high costs associated with accepting payments from PayPal.

Q: Do you store my credit card information?

A: Your credit card information is only held to process your payment, credit card details are only held for a matter of seconds.  Because we do not hold your credit card information, they will be required each time you pay for an order if this is your chosen method of payment.

Q: If I order more than one product and one of those products is back ordered, will I be charged a second freight fee?

A: No you will only ever be charge one fee for freight per order, based on the total weight of all items.  Items will be dispatched as and when they become available.  If you would like us to hold off delivering your items until all are in stock please send us an email.

Q: Do I need to register to place an order?

A: No! We have a new and improved 2-Step Checkout process!  No need to remember your password!

Q: What happens after I've placed my order?

A: Once you've placed your order, you will receive an email confirming your details and what you have ordered.  Once we have received your payment, another email will be sent confirming that your order is now being processed.  Your order is then sent to our distribution centre for processing and dispatch.  Please allow 3-5 Business Days for your item to be dispatched. Once dispatched we will send you an email so you know your order is on its way.

Q: Can I cancel or change my order?

A: Yes - if you need to cancel or change your order prior to it being shipped, please send us an email or call us on
0432 023 371.

Q: How are products delivered?

A: Most orders are sent by Courier;  for this reason we ask that you provide an address where you can sign for receipt of the item, during local normal business hours.  We can usually deliver to Post Office Boxes by Courier and post.

Q: If you are offering pre-order on a product when do I have to pay for it?

A: We cannot allocate you stock until you have paid for your item, for this reason we ask that you pay for your pre-ordered item as soon as possible.

Q. Do listed price included GST?

A: Yes all product and shipping prices include GST.  The portion of GST included in the price is displayed when you complete your order.

Q. Why is my order still on processing?

A. Your order will remain in "processing" status until all items are shipped.  If you have ordered more than one item you may receive several tracking numbers as items are not always shipped together.  Once all items have been dispatched your item status will change to "Completed" and a Tax Invoice will be emailed to you.

Q. Where is my confirmation email of the order I have just placed?

A. You may need to check that emails sent from Cheaper Than Retail do not go to your 'Junk Mail Box'.
