Returns Policy

We will replace any defective product purchased from us with 14 days of the purchase date.  Defective products returned outside this period will carry the normal manufacturers warranty.  Non defective products can be returned within 7 days if you are not completely satisfied for a refund less postage and a 15% restocking fee.  Before returning any product you must contact us to obtain an RMA which will be used to manage and track the return, exchange, credit of your purchase.

Returned products without an RMA cannot be accepted.  All shipping charges are non-refundable on any purchase from CheaperThanRetail.com.au.  You are responsible for shipping all products back to our location for returns, credit or exchange.   We reserve the right not to accept the return of an item if it has been damaged, mishandled, modified or interfered by unauthorised personnel in any way whatsoever.
